  • I had a major issue with my gaming PC constantly crashing to the point it was completely unusable. After spending hours trying to troubleshoot it myself and even leaving it with another computer repair shop for two days with no answers, I was honestly starting to think the machine was going to be nothing more than a really expensive paper weight. I brought it to Computer Crusader and within just a few hours they had already diagnosed the problem. Not only did they repair the issue quickly, but they also went the extra mile to track down the original hardware manufacturer so I could pursue the warranty on the part. That level of service really stood out to me, and left me knowing that I chose the right people for the job. If you need gaming PC repair, computer diagnostics, or any PC related service, these are the people to go to. Fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I wish I had come here first. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Highly recommended.

  • We had a very good experience with Computer Crusaders. We were on a tight deadline, and they really listened to our situation and helped get everything fixed very quickly. Robert was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Their storefront and work area were clean and neatly kept, which gave us great confidence in their service. I would definitely recommend them!

  • I was unable to turn on my old Toshiba laptop and needed a new charger. After calling some computer repair shops, I was told the charger was outdated, no longer sold in stores, and difficult to find. When I called Computer Crusader, I was attended to promptly. Although he did not have the charger in stock, he offered to extract the files I needed, didn't charge me for that, and ordered the specific charger for me to arrive the following day. The cost was very reasonable, and I look forward to continuing to use his services in the future.

  • Didn't even have to leave my MacBook! Robert took care of my viruses, set up a better protection scheme, in less than an 45 minutes, and I was on my way. Works out of his home, and is very professional. He even contacted me a few days later to check that everything was still working smoothly. Since Chattanooga no longer has an Apple Store... finding support was a challenge. Computer Crusader seems to be an excellent choice.

  • My Mac was suddenly unresponsive so I tried some basic steps to fix it. None of them worked. I checked for repair services online and found Computer Crusader. Robert responded immediately. After asking me questions about the situation, he told me I could bring it in right away along with the mouse and trackpad. I dropped it off that evening and received a text the next morning indicating the problem was fixed. When I arrived to pick the Mac up, he explained what was wrong and what he did to get it working again. Robert was efficient, effective and able to explain the problem and repair in a way that I could understand. And he did some things to prevent the problems from reoccurring. I definitely give Computer Crusader a “5 star” rating and will use him again if necessary.
